‍From Data Silos to Smarter Formulations: a Material Intelligence Approach for Cleaning Agent Development

In our talk, we show how structured and integrated R&D data forms the foundation for meaningful AI applications in cleaning agent development. In many labs, rheological measurements, surfactant screening results, stability tests, and pH and viscosity profiles are spread across instruments, spreadsheets, and individual experience. LabV brings these fragmented formulation data sources together in a central, structured, and searchable environment.

On this data foundation, LabV helps development teams find existing knowledge faster, visualise experimental data, and identify relationships between formulation parameters and product properties. In practice, this can reduce formulation iterations by 30 percent, documentation effort by 50 percent, and time spent searching for data by 66 percent.

The talk shows how data can move from being a byproduct of R&D work to becoming an active basis for better formulation decisions.
